Today has been a very hectic day here at Eurocentric Handbags.
Today (18th November) being the last day of the Special Election
offer we were doing, we got alot of orders. However, some of our
customers complained that they were unable to use the discount
code ELEC2008 as it wasn't producing the 10% discount in checkout.

 

Well, its now been resolved. However, we lost some orders due to
this occurence. Still, it could have been worse. I just want to say a
big thank you to Nicole and Quyen (members of our Newsletter
community) who brought this issue to our attention. We cherish
everyone of our customers and strive to give you the best customer
service possible. This of course would be impossible without your help
in letting us know when things go wrong and giving us feedback when
things go right.

 

in light of today's epic drama, I have extended the offer for
an additional week. The offer will now expire on the 25th of November.
